I take that your header is a photo/graphic that you have saved to your computer...you can open your picture in 'edit' mode, go to the top and 'resize' it manually by clicking on the 'resize' button and changing the pixels (it'll say 100, you can type 125 and enter to see your size, continue doing that until it's the size you want), then click 'save as' and save it under a different name..this is usually how I changed mine and when I want to make my own buttons and such...I'm sure there's other ways, maybe even better ways, too, but it'll do in a pinch.
