Iman's Isle Review

Iman's isle by S.A. Davis is the type of book you can't put down. I mean, really! You fall in love with the characters. They become part of your family. They are people you know. You escape into another world, and you never want to leave! There is a Christian aspect to the book, but it not overly religious, like some books can be. There is fantasy and suspense and it is thrilling. It takes you on a journey that you never want to end! I loved this book. I want to read it over and over and over and over again. I want to read more books by Davis!!!

About the book: Some treasures cannot be stolen, only lost. And if lost, may be impossible to recover. Journey to an island paradise, the heavenly city of Casilda, and the hideous pit called Marheon and observe the creatures that dwell there and in between. Explore the struggle of good against evil, with humanity caught in the middle, and know that some unseen forces desire the destruction of humans, while others strive for their salvation. Iman's Isle is a fantasy tale that communicates classic Judeo-Christian ideas, using stories from the early books of the Bible as inspiration, and presenting them in a fresh and exciting perspective, portraying sin as an evil creature seeking to corrupt all that is good.

About the author: Shawn A. Davis was born in Springfield, Vermont and attended the University of Vermont where he studied Mechanical Engineering. He currently resides in Burlington, Vermont with his wife and two children, where he works full time as a mechanical engineer and writes in his spare time.
