ecoSTORE USA Review

I was so excited when I got the chance to review a few products from ecoSTORE USA! I've never been one to really care about "going green" or even recycling. (I know, I know, bad Hayley!) But for some reason, once I had kids, it became more important to me.

Check out some fast facts about household products:
* According to the American Association of Poison Control Centers accidental poisonings occur in the home every 30 seconds.
* The National Safety Council has reported that more children under four die of from accidental poisoning than are killed by guns.
* A report by the EPA to Congress determined household cleaners three times more likely to cause cancer than outdoor air pollution.
* Women who work from home and are more frequently exposed to household toxins and poor air quality are 50% more likely to develop cancer.
* Newborn infants have trace levels of toxic chemicals in their bodies, passed on by their mother’s exposure.

Eeeks, right? So I was jazzed when I got to try the Orange and Patchouli Body Wash. "Enjoy top-to-toe luxury with our new orange & patchouli body wash. The blend of certified organic essential oils adds a fresh summer fragrance to the naturally derived ingredients and moisturizers. Unlike many leading brands, ecostore USA body care products do not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, artificial dyes, perfumes or preservatives which means they are extremely kind to sensitive skin." Loved this! I felt like I was being pampered when I showered, and I did not have to spend over $20 at a specialty store, or get some overly chemical-ed and fragranced product at Walmart!

I also got to try the dish washing liquid! "Gentle on your skin yet effective on your dishware the Ecostore USA Dish Liquid has great grease cutting power and leaves a light, fresh fragrance. Free of any synthetic chemicals, your family and the planet will appreciate it!" This stuff was amazing! A little goes a long way, and I didn't even mind washing the dishes by hand! Usually it is a chore I hate.
